Purtroppo la parrucca è arrivata già rovinata, in alto all’attaccatura presenta capelli tutti spezzati e crespi al tatto, sembra già una parrucca da cambiare. Purtroppo per esigenza non ho potuto fare il reso altrimenti l’avrei rimandata indietro.

Ciao, ci dispiace molto che la parrucca non ti abbia soddisfatta.

Se ci mandi alcune foto via mail, possiamo capire meglio come aiutarti. In alcuni modelli con pochissimo volume possono essere presenti degli accorgimenti costruttivi, come capelli più corti alla radice, chiamati perma-tease, che servono proprio a coprire la costruzione della calotta.

Se invece si tratta di un difetto di fabbrica, provvederemo naturalmente a mandarti una parrucca sostitutiva.

Ti invitiamo quindi a contattarci via mail, così possiamo valutare insieme la situazione e trovare la soluzione migliore.
