⚖️ Legal Notice pursuant to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003

Pursuant to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.

In particular, the data subject has the right to obtain indication of:

  • a) the origin of the personal data;

  • b) the purposes and methods of the processing;

  • c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

  • d) the identification details of the data controller;

  • e) the identity of the persons or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives within the territory of the State, data processors or persons in charge.

The data subject also has the right to obtain:

  • a) the updating, correction or, when interested, integration of the data;

  • b) the deletion, anonymization or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;

  • c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such compliance is impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

Finally, the data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

  • a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;

  • b) the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising material, direct sales, market research or commercial communications.

Pursuant to Art. 10, paragraphs 7, 8 and 9 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, a fee may be requested for each request, not exceeding the actual costs incurred, if the existence of data concerning the data subject is not confirmed.

The rights relating to the personal data of deceased persons may be exercised by anyone who has a legitimate interest. Such rights may also be exercised by written delegation or power of attorney.

Requests concerning the exercise of the rights provided for by Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 must be addressed to:
