Shipping policy

In Italy the goods will be shipped via GLS courier with tracked and anonymous package. 

In Europe the courier will be DHL or FedEx and delivery times may be extended by one or two working days depending on the shipping area.

For goods in stock delivery times will be 1-3 working days, depending on the delivery address. As soon as the shipment is made, we will make sure to communicate the package tracking to you.

For goods not in stock, times will vary depending on the supplier:

- Gisela Mayer operates in Germany, so shipments of goods in stock will take 5-7 working days;

- Ellen Wille operates in Germany, so shipments of goods in stock will take 5-7 working days;

- Estetica Designs is an American company, orders will be placed weekly and, if in stock, will arrive in 5-7 working days at our headquarters, we will check them and resend them to you. 

- Belle Tress: is an American company, orders will be placed weekly and, if in stock, will arrive in 5-7 working days at our headquarters, we will check them and resend them to you.

- Jon Renau: is an American company, orders will be placed weekly and, if in stock, will arrive in 5-7 days working at our headquarters, we will check them and resend them to you.

- Rokoko operates in Poland, so shipments of goods in stock will take 5-7 working days;

In the event that the product you chose is not immediately available, or that due to high demand for a model or color the manufacturer has run out of stock, we will make sure to inform you of the timing and the possibilities of replacement with a similar color or model.
