Welcome to wiglove.com, the official site of Wig Love Srl. By accessing or making a purchase on the site, you fully accept the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. We invite you to read them carefully.

2. Acceptance of conditions

By placing an order, the user confirms having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and the cookie information, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and current Italian law.

3. Products and availability

All offered products are carefully described in all their details. Images are for illustrative purposes only. Colors may vary slightly depending on the device used.

In case of temporary or permanent unavailability of a product, Wig Love Srl will promptly inform the user, who may:

• replace the item with an available one;

• request a refund.

4. Prices and payment methods

All prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are calculated and communicated before order confirmation.

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

• Klarna (subject to user eligibility assessment)

• Any other methods indicated during checkout

Payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

5. Shipping

Shipments are made via trackable courier:

• In Italy: GLS, delivery in 1–3 business days

• In Europe: DHL or FedEx, delivery in 3–5 business days

If the product is available at our warehouse, it will be shipped within 1–3 days. If it comes from international suppliers (e.g., Germany or USA), the delivery time will be 5–7 business days. In case of stock depletion, we will communicate the new timelines or alternative solutions.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Legislative Decree 21/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 15 days of receiving the product, without any obligation to provide any reason.

Conditions for withdrawal:

• The product must be intact, unused, and in the original packaging with labels and tags intact

• The communication must be sent via PEC (wiglove@pec.it) or registered mail with return receipt

• Return shipping costs will be on the customer

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, via bank transfer. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct details.

7. Exchanges

• The first replacement is free

• Subsequent replacements and those from abroad involve a charge equal to the shipping costs incurred

8. Limitations of liability

Wig Love Srl is not responsible for:

• Damage caused by improper or non-compliant use of the products

• Delays or disruptions attributable to third parties (e.g., couriers)

• Individual allergic reactions

It is the user’s responsibility to verify the suitability of the product for personal use.

10. Competent court

For any dispute relating to the application or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the Court of Padua shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise mandatorily provided by the Consumer Code.
