Refund policy

Right of withdrawal 

Wig Love Srl is attentive to the consumer's needs, with a strong sensitivity to their satisfaction, therefore it applies the consumer protection rules contained in LEGISLATIVE DECREE February 21, 2014, no. 21 (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU, amending Directives 93/13/EEC and 1999/44/EC, and repealing Directives 85/577 EEC and 97/7/EC), relating to consumer protection in distance contracts.

The right of withdrawal or “right of reconsideration” according to the provisions of LEGISLATIVE DECREE February 21, 2014, no. 21 implementing Directive 2011/83/EU will have the following methods:

1. Free: you will not have to pay any penalty or specify the reason for the withdrawal provided that all the conditions below are met
2. The goods must be returned within 15 days of receipt, after notifying our certified email address wiglove@pec.it or by registered mail with return receipt to Wig Love Srl., Via Pacinotti 19/e, 35136 Padova. 
3. In this case, the postal costs for the return will be at your expense.
4. The goods must be in their original packaging, with all labels, tags, and instructions, in perfect condition and without any alterations. Returns with detached, modified, or discarded tags and labels will not be accepted. 
5. We will refund you the full amount via bank transfer as soon as possible and in any case no later than 14 days as required by law. It will be your responsibility to correctly provide us with the bank details for the refund. 

Right of replacement:  

The replacement of the goods will take place in the following ways: 

1. The first replacement will be free, which means you will not pay any shipping costs.
2. For any further replacements, you will be charged the shipping and transportation costs.

If you purchase from abroad, you will be required to pay the shipping costs even for the replacement. This amount will be equal to the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase.
