Wigs, Headbands and Turbans at the Beach - I'm Not Afraid of Summer!

Summer is here and it brings with it the desire to spend the days outdoors, walking, going to the beach and being outside as much as possible. All good, right?

Unfortunately not. For many people who habitually wear wigs, summer and heat can seem like a bogeyman. Sweat, heat, tangled hair. So the beach that transforms from a holiday resort into a small ordeal.

The ingredients of the cocktail? A handful of sand, copious tears of sweat and a load of messy, hot hair that sticks everywhere.

But this year will be different. This time we want to talk to you about all the ways we know to make you feel comfortable on the beach, with or without a wig.

1. Band Wigs : These are also called "half wigs" and have a band that ensures your hair doesn't fall out. Diving, boating, hours in the sun and swimming, none of this will be off your list.

You can gather your hair in the most disparate ways and also increase the realism of the wig by combining it with colorful and fashionable headbands!

This model is called Glamour I and is suitable for circumferences from 53cm to approximately 56cm. Click here to find out more!

2. Turbans and Hats : a comfortable and easy-to-handle solution is the turban or hat. Gisela Mayer has thought of those who have lost their hair, creating a line of fresh and light turbans that at the same time give the sensation of volume. The elastic and absorbent materials are delicate on the skin and will protect your head from the sun's rays.

You can have fun combining turbans and hats with headbands , or you can get advice from the Mayer team by choosing the "sets" designed for you!

3. Headbands with hair to match with hats or turbans. It might seem like a repetition of what we wrote in point 1, but here we are talking about a headband with hair that leaves the entire upper part of the head uncovered. The headband + turban (or hat) combination is recommended for those who do not want to give up their hair but want to maximize the sensation of freshness.

You won't be able to do many hairstyles, but the convenience is undeniable! Watch the following video to find out more.

4. Use old wigs, perhaps combining them with headbands . This is a solution that will allow you not to ruin your top wig, protecting it from salt, sun rays, sweat and constant washing. You can combine it with a headband to help collect sweat, or you can choose to make a messy updo.

5. Bare head but high sun protection . Want to be free, happy and maximize comfort? Leave the wig in the bag and take the sun protection! ❤️

Grazie
