When you buy online you want to see your purchase materialize immediately. That's why it's important to maintain realistic expectations!
So when will my package arrive?
For goods in stock, delivery times will be 1-3 working days , depending on the delivery address. As soon as the shipment is made, we will take care to communicate the tracking of the package.
The goods will be sent to Italy by GLS courier with tracked and anonymous package . For shipments abroad, times vary based on the destination country (7-10 days) and will be shipped with DHL or Fedex courier.
If goods are not available in our warehouse, delivery times will vary depending on the supplier: we communicate your orders to suppliers on a weekly basis, and if the items you have chosen are in stock we can have them delivered to the shipping address you provide us (home, work, hotel...wherever you prefer!) or to the GLS Point that is most convenient for you within 7-8 working days .

-Gisela Mayer operates in Germany, therefore shipments of goods in stock will take place in approximately 5 working days;
-Aesthetics Designs : It is an American company, orders will be placed weekly and, if in stock, will arrivein about5 working days to our office which will check them and send them back to you.
-Belle Tress : it is an American company, orders will be made weekly and, if in stock, will arrive in about5 working days to our office which will check them and send them back to you.
-Jon Renau : it is an American company, orders will be made weekly and, if in stock, they will arrivein about5 working days to our office which will check them and send them back to you.
- Noriko : is an American company, orders will be made weekly and, if in stock, will arrive inin about5 working days to our office which will check them and send them back to you.
In the event that the product you have selected is not currently available in the manufacturer's warehouse, we will inform you of the timing and possibility of substitution with a similar color or model.
